Abstract: Leiomyomas are common benign tumors seen in the uterus and are rare in the vagina. Here we report a 36 year old female who presented with a swelling in vulval region. Clinical examination and ultrasonography were performed. The tumor was excised and subsequent histopathology revealed a vaginal leiomyoma.
